Curvynbeautiful will gladly accept eligible merchandise received, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
The customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) from the Customer Service before the merchandise is shipped back to Curvynbeautiful. Use the *Contact Form* button below.
*Items not eligible to be returned : Panties, Stocking, Socks, body stocking, Eye Lashes, Make-up, Pasties, body appliques, teddy, pantyhose, price reduced or Clearance Items, on sale*
*Costumes and accessories: no return accepted
*Shoes and boots : Previous to any return, as all other items, you need an authorization number. so contact us first. (see article 1 and 2 below)
We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches.
1. EASY RETURNS/RETRACTION
Money Back Guarantee
You have a legal 7 day period after delivery for retracting your order (except for the items not eligible to be returned :see above). The items have to be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened. The shipping cost are at your expense. As soon as we receive the item(s), the order will be refunded in a maximum of 2 weeks, or you can ask for a credit coupon that will be equal to the value of the item or an exchange (see paragraph 2 below). Our cost of free shipping (if applying) will be deducted from the total refund as well as a 15% restocking fee. Gift wrap charges can not be refunded.
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
Even though we provide you with all the tools for helping to choose the right size, it could happen that the item will not fit. Contact us for an exchange. After our acceptance, you will return the item(s). The item(s) to be returned should be unwashed , with no odors such as smoking, perfume...and just tried on, unworn, complete with tag. When trying on the item(s) use a liner. The shipping cost are at your expense
The item(s) has to be returned within 7 days after delivery and in its packaging of origin with tags. After receiving the item, we will issue a coupon credit or ship a different size if available, only the shipping cost will be charged to you.
